Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese with perfectly melted Violife just like Mozzarella shreds! The prefect comfort food to satisfy your cravings. Yummy!

  • 2 cup short grain rice
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 cup finely chopped and drained kimchi
  • 1 cup korean seaweed crumbled
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Violife Plant Butter
  • 1 cup Violife Mozzarella Shreds
  • 1 cup fresh corn cut
  • 1/2 cup fresh perilla leaf chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  1. Rinse rice gently two to three times till it runs clear.
  2. Transfer to pot and cover with two cups water over high heat and bring to a rapid boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 13 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, stir in Violife Plant Butter, soy sauce, kimchi, seaweed, corn and mozzarella.
  5. Garnish with perilla leaves and enjoy!
