Chef Marwan comes with over 25+ years of experience as Executive/Head Chef in various multi-national foodservice channels (hotels, airlines, catering) in the Middle East region after completing his hospitality management education. His last role before joining Upfield was Corporate Executive Chef with Byblos Hospitality, responsible for overseeing all culinary functions & managing their various hotels and restaurants across the United Arab Emirates.
