Chef Abdalla is a professional chef specializing in French pastries & baked goods. With over 25 years of culinary experience working across 17 hotels in Egypt & Saudi Arabia including Hilton International Hotel, Swissotel working as an Executive Pastry Chef
He had the opportunity to represent his country in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon, France in 2023. He was won various gold and silver medals in various local & Egyptian and international competitions.
Aside from this work, he is also a certified trainer and judge by the International Chefs Association, as well as an ISO certified inspector. These qualifications have equipped him with strong leadership & organizational skills. He is truly passionate about pastries and baked goods and strives to create unique and delicious desserts that delight customers.
