In a pot of boiling water, add 1 tbsp of salt and 250g of macaroni. Boil for 6 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a wide pot over medium heat, add 50g Planta margarine and heat until melted. Add in plain flour and mix well until a smooth roux forms. Cook until lightly browned.
Add in milk, mix well and bring to a boil. Season with salt, paprika. Add in cheddar, mozzarella and mix until melted and smooth.
Add in cooked macaroni and mix evenly.
In a pan over medium heat, melt 20g Planta margarine. Add in panko bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown.
Scoop macaroni and cheese into a serving dish, top off with fried bread crumbs and serve.
