  • 40 g Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine
  • 20 g garlic, minced
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 50 g pineapple, cubed
  • 50 g onion, cubed
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 15 ml water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped spring onion
  1. In a wok pan over medium heat, melt half of the Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine. Add in minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
  2. Add in shrimp and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  3. Add in the rest of the Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine, pineapples and onions and stir fry for about 1 minute.
  4. Add in ketchup, vinegar, sugar, water and salt. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add in the cooked shrimp and coat evenly.
  7. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onion.
