500 g Planta Professional Baking Margarine, at room temperature
500 g icing sugar
For the cupcake batter, start by beating the Planta Professional Baking Margarine and sugar together. When light in color, add the flour and eggs and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 60 minutes.
For the frosting, beat all the ingredients together until light and fluffy.
Top the cooled cupcakes with frosting and decorate as desired.
