- 7g Matcha powder
- 150ml Milk
- 30ml Flora cream 31%
- 2g Charcoal powder
- 10g Syrup
- 1/2 Cup of ice
- Whisk the matcha, 20ml Flora Cream 31%, and 20ml milk until smooth.
- Pour the matcha mixture into a glass to create the bottom layer and add ice to the glass.
- Pour in 80ml milk and add the syrup to create the middle layer.
- In a separate jug, mix the charcoal powder with 50ml milk and 10ml Flora Cream 31% until well combined.
- Slowly pour the charcoal mixture over the back of a spoon to create the top layer. Serve immediately.
