Fish
  • 150 g sea bass fillet
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 20 g fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 10 g green onion, julienned
  • 40 g oyster mushrooms
  • 40 g bokchoy
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 10 g lemon wedges
Sauce
  • 1 cup Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  1. In a mixing bowl, place the planta margarine and add the oyster sauce. Mix it well. Add the soy sauce next and give it a good mix.
  2. Drizzle the sesame oil and mix well until everything is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Using a piece of tin foil, wrap the flavored margarine with it and form it into a log. Place inside the freezer until it hardens and set aside until ready to use.
  4. For the fish, start by placing the lemon and vegetables in an oven safe dish. Season the fish with salt and pepper then place it on top of the vegetables and lemon.
  5. Take out the Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine from the freezer and cut it into 50g portions.
  6. Top the fish with the portioned Planta Professional Multipurpose Margarine then wrap and close the parchment paper using a kitchen string.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 220°C, or steam it using a steamer until cooked through.
  8. Serve with fluffy white rice or noodles.
