In a mixing bowl, place the planta margarine and add the oyster sauce. Mix it well. Add the soy sauce next and give it a good mix.
Finally, drizzle the sesame oil and mix well until everything is smooth and free of lumps.
Using a piece of tin foil, wrap the flavored margarine with it and form it into a log. Place inside the freezer until it hardens and set aside until ready to use.
Instructions for fish
Get a piece of parchment paper and place the lemon and all the vegetables at the center. Season the fish with salt and pepper then place it on top of the vegetables and lemon.
Take out the frozen Planta margarine and cut it into 50g portions.
Top the fish with the portioned Planta then wrap & close the parchment paper using a kitchen string.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius or steam it using a steamer until cooked through.
