  • 575 grams Flora Plant Cream Double 31% Fat
  • 100 grams Flora Plant Cream 15%
  • 140 grams sugar
  • 300 grams soy milk
  • 1 gram lemon zest
  • 3 grams lemon juice
  • 1 vanilla bean split and scrapped
  • 1 gram gluten free xanthan gum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, and then churn in the ice cream machine for 25 minutes.
  3. Transfer the ice cream to a container and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours to harden.
