Cheese, Rosemary & Black Olive biscuits

Cheese, rosemary, and black olive biscuits are savoury, aromatic treats that use a delightful combination of flavours. A golden-brown biscuit, fragrant with the earthy essence of rosemary, punctuated by the rich, salty tang of finely grated cheese, and studded with chopped black olives.

These biscuits are perfect as a standalone snack or paired with a variety of savoury spreads or dips.

  • 200 g Violife Original Flavour Grated
  • 25 g Violife Prosociano
  • 200 g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
  • 200 g self raising flour
  • 25 g black olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor (except olives & rosemary).
  2. Pulse until combined, add in the olives and rosemary and pulse again.
  3. Turn out onto a floured surface and wrap in parchment paper and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out chilled dough on floured surface to 5mm deep.
  5. Cut and place on a lined baking tray. Set oven temperature to 170 C for approx. 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Cool and serve.
