GARLIC SOUR DOUGH

SOUR DOUGH 4 slices 80 grams

In a stainless bowl add the shrimps

Crush the garlic and add it to the shrimp

add smoked paprika, salt, pepper , rama butter melted and smoked paprika

mix them well

cover and keep it in chiller for 4 hours

Roasted Pepper Sauce

Cut the red capsicum into triangles

in a stainless bowl add the cut red capsicum

add the garlic crushed
-
add smoked paprika, salt pepper and Rama butter melted

mix them well

-cook the red pepper on the grill
-
remove and cool it down
-
ready to use
Roasted Pepper Shrimp

in a sauce pan add Rama butter and heat it well
-
add the marinated shrimp and cook it for 2 minutes

add roasted pepper sauce and let it cook together

in designated plat add the cooked roasted pepper shrimp
-
serve with garlic bread on the side

add salt flakes
-
add chopped parsley and mix them well

spread the mix butter on the sour dough
-
toast the sour dough bread in a panini toasted machine

ready to use
