Butter Sauce

Rama Professional Cooking Cream 15% 250 grams

Peeled Tomato 500 grams

Rama Butter 20 grams

onions 120 grams

water 200 ml
Steamed White Rice
-
basmati rice 200 grams
-
Rama Butter 10 grams
-
garlic 12 grams
-
salt 3 gram

water 450 ml

Cut the chicken into small cubes
-
In a stainless bowl add the chicken cubes
-
Add garlic crushed , salt, paprika, turmeric, garam masala
-
Add lemon juice , yogurt and mix well
-
Cover and keep in chiller for 3 hours
-
bake the chicken cubes in the oven under 185 degree for 20 minutes
-
remove and cool it down and ready to use
Butter Sauce
-
soak the cashew in warm water for 1 hour
-
in a sauce pan add rama butter and sauté the onions slices
-
add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala
-
train the cashew nuts and add them to the pot
-
add water and let it boil for 10 minutes
-
add salt , pepper
-
add peeled tomato and cook it on slow fire
-
blend the sauce in a cocktail blender
-
return the sauce to the pan and add rama cooking cream
-
cool it down and ready to use
Steamed White Rice
-
in a sauce pan add garlic with rama butter and sauté well
-
add water, salt and let it boil
-
add basmati rice and reduce the fire
-
keep it until the rice get cooked well
-
remove and cool it down and its ready to use
