Application and preparation

A ready-to-use liquid ice cream mix for all ice cream machines, such as Taylor, Carpigiani, Melitta and Vitamix. Also ideal for making gelato in all gelato machines without any adjustment of machine settings. Also try Flora Professional Ice Cream Mix for making a delicious plant-based milkshake.

How does it work?

For soft serve ice cream: Use the liquid ice cream mix 1:1 as you are used to in your own soft serve machine. Open the packaging, pour the contents into the machine and the product is immediately ready for use! No need to change machine settings and air storage and use syrups and toppings as you are used to.

For gelato: Replace the dairy milk and cream for the Flora ice cream mix as a base and choose a syrup or paste as you are used to. Create classic flavors such as chocolate, vanilla and stracciatella, but also the more exotic flavors. Allow for 25% volume surcharge.
