  • 1 kg skin on fries
  • 2 large bulbs of garlic
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 15 g flaked sea salt
  • 250 g Flora Plant B+tter Salted
  • 100 g Violife Prosociano (finely grated)
  • 30 g parsley (chopped)
  1. Cut the very top off of two large bulbs of garlic, drizzle with the oil and season with salt.
  2. Wrap loosely in foil and roast in an oven at approx 180oC for 1hour and 30 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool without unwrapping.
  4. Melt the Flora B+tter, squeeze in the slow roasted garlic and add half the chopped parsley and prosociano.
  5. Toss the fries in the mixture.
  6. Top with more grated prosociano and chopped parsley and flaked sea salt.
