For the dressing

Mix the dressing ingredients together.
For the salad

Gently mix the Violife Greek White Block, cucumber, red pepper, olives, tomatoes & red onion together. Toss the salad in the dressing.
For the plating

Place in a suitable serving dish and garnish
with micro herbs.
Take from the fridge 30 minutes before serving, for a great eat.
For a spicy kick, add some chilli to the dressing.
