  • 475 g self-raising flour
  • 45 g Flora Plant B+tter Salted
  • 200 g Violife Epic Mature grated
  • 10 g mustard
  • 300 ml oat milk
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • dried mixed herbs
  1. Rub the Flora Plant B+tter and flour until a fine crumb texture is reached.
  2. Mix in the grated Violife Epic Mature cheese, dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the oat milk with the mustard and mix into the flour mix until a soft dough is reached.
  4. Flour surface and roll out to approx. 4cm deep. Flour a ring cutter and cut scones.
  5. Brush each scone with the extra oat milk and mustard mix and sprinkle the top with the extra grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 190 for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve.
