  • 800-1000g mafaldine pasta

  • 150 g Violife Prosociano

  1. Start by peeling and slicing the shallots and garlic, cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Heat some Flora Salted in a frying pan and sauté mushrooms until the moisture has evaporated and then ad the onions and garlic. Rinse, slice and add the kale. Season with salt and pepper. Add Flora Plant Single 31%, lemon juice, mushroom broth cubes that has been mixed with a little pasta water, and let it simmer into a creamy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pasta
  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Drain the pasta and toss the pasta in the sauce. Garnish the pasta with fresh herbs and finely grated Prosociano and serve.

  1. Prosociano and lemon zest, 10 g parsley
