STROGANOFF SAUCE
  • onion slices 75 grams
  • mushroom 250 grams
  • Rama Professional Multipurpose Cream 31% 200 grams
  • salt 4 grams
  • ground black pepper 2 grams
  • Dijon mustard 50 gram
  • pickled cucumber 40 grams
  • Rama Butter 20 grams
DEMI GLACE SAUCE
  • DEMI GLACE POWDER 75 grams
  • water 1000 ml
  • salt 3 grams
  • ground black pepper 3 grams
  • thyme 1
  • garlic 12 grams
  • Rama Butter 5 grams
Steamed White Rice
  • basmati rice 200 grams
  • water 450 ml
  • onions 60 grams
  • salt 4 grams
  • ground white pepper 1 gram
  1. Cut the beef into small strips
  2. In a stainless bowl add beef strips with salt, pepper
  3. add Dijon mustard and olive oil and mix them well
  4. cover the meat and keep it in chiller for 3 hours
  5. cook the beef on the grill
  6. remove and cool it down and its ready to use
Stroganoff Sauce
  1. in a sauce pan add rama butter, onions and sauté well
  2. add mushroom slices and cook it well
  3. add mustard Dijon with pickles and keep cooking
  4. add jus veal with salt and pepper and boil it on slow fire
  5. add Rama cream and remove from fire
  6. cool it down and its ready to use
Demi Glace Sauce
  1. in a sauce pan add Rama butter with crushed garlic and sauté well
  2. in a stainless bowl add water with demi glace powder and mix well
  3. add the mix to the pan
  4. add salt, pepper and fresh thyme
  5. let it boil for 10 minutes
  6. remove and blend the sauce in cocktail blender
  7. cool it down and its ready to use
Steamed White Rice
  1. in a sauce pan add olive oil , onions and sauté well
  2. add water and let it boil
  3. add salt and pepper
  4. add basmati rice and cook it on slow fire
  5. remove and cool it down and its ready to use
