ground black pepper 2 gram

wash the lentil and strain it well
-
in a sauce pan add rama butter and heat it on slow fire

add onion chopped, garlic and start sauté

add celery , leeks , carrots and keep sauté

add the strained lentil and mix together

add water and let it boil until the lentil get cooked

remove from fire and blend it well

add the rama cream 31% and boil it for 1 time

add salt and black pepper powder and mix them well
