  • 200ml Flora Professional 15% Cooking Cream
  • 160 g biscoff spread
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour 200 ml Flora Professional 15%
  2. Add 80 g brown sugar to the pan and place over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly with a silicone spatula until the sugar has fully dissolved and the mixture is just starting to simmer (about 5 minutes).
  4. Lower the heat and add 160 g biscoff spread, whisking gently until the spread is melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and let the sauce gently bubble for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a velvety, pourable consistency.
  6. Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool for 2-3 minutes; it will thicken further as it cools.
