Warm up 1L of the soft serve mix on a slow heat (no need to cook).
Add 300g of the caramel sauce into the soft serve mix and give it a good stir.
Add the rest of the mix and let it cool down (below 20°c).
Pour into the soft serve machine and run per the standard settings. Flora Professional Ice Cream Mix is designed to work across
all soft serve machines.
Fill a cone or cup and, when ready, create a swirl with the caramel sauce.
Sprinkle a nice amount of the cookie crumbs on top of the ice cream.
