Delightful frozen dessert combining the creamy sweetness of caramel with the cookie crumbs and caramel sauce..

    • 4 L Flora Professional 100% Plant-Based Ice Cream Mix
    • 300 gram + caramel sauce plus extra to serve
    • 300 gram cookie crumbled
    1. Warm up one litre of the soft serve mix on a slow heat. (no need to cook).
    2. Add 300 grams of the caramelsauce into the soft serve mix and gave it a good stir.
    3. Add the rest of the mix and let it cooldown (below 20 gr Celsius).
    4. Ready to put into the gelato machine.
    Decorate part:
    1. Fill a corn or cup and when ready make a nice swirl with the caramel sauce.
    2. Sprinkle a nice amount of the stroopwafle crumbs on top of the ice cream.
